the almighty thermomix!

If you don’t have one – you need one. If you do have one – you’ll know it’s the best machine to ever grace the earth for the everyday cook.

It can pretty much do everything for you. It can chop, blend, steam, emulsify, whip…. The list is endless. So far I have made lemon meringue, chocolate espresso cake, chicken with a creamy vegetable sauce, many different kinds of soup and even boiled eggs! All you need is a Thermomix and an oven and you’re good to go!

This machine has definitely made it easier to be healthy. No one wants to spend hours chopping and peeling vegetables. It also makes the job way less messy – All I need to clean is the Thermomix bowl and spatula instead of 2 pots, a blender, a chopping board and a couple of knives.

I know many people will be skeptical but until you see it for yourself you won’t understand how great it is.
