So I have decided to quite the gym and start yoga full time. I had this realization of how inflexible I am when I tried to touch my toes the other day and I was about 10cm away and probably bending my knees.
(If you don’t wanna read all my babble… skip to the bottom to find out where you can get this look!)
Yesterday I started looking for tutorials on YouTube and found a channel called Boho Beautiful. What I love about it is that it isn’t too slow for me, but also not so fast that I can’t keep up. She also makes different exercise videos for targeting butt, arms, stomach, legs and glutes etc. Still on the hunt for more channels!
Check out one of their videos here:
I am starting today and my goal is to be able to do the splits in 4 months time… which I am pretty sure will be possible if I practise every day.
These glasses are amazing. Each and every detail is put on by hand. They are quite bit but surprisingly light for their size.
This skirt and top are super comfy – the perfect outfit for a spring or summer lunch. You can eat as much as you like and no one will know – with it’s elasticated skirt. My shoes were super cheap – one of the reasons I love pep stores even though I could probably never tell anyone that in person…
Anyone can wear this look!
