Small boobs are in fashion.

I am 20 years old (21 next month) and I wear a size A or AA or… nothing. For all girls out there dying for a bit more boob – this post is for you.

I hit puberty super late. This meant while other girls were starting their period and starting to grow boobs I was left thinking and believing there is something internally wrong with me. I thought I was part man.

(If you don’t wanna read my babble… skip to the bottom to find out where you can get this look!)

Well… turns out…. I am normal! I’m a woman!

I started getting my period when I was 14 and a half and my growth spurt towards the end of grade 9 (so I was almost 15). My body changed drastically. Going from a pretty short and chubby (If I am being kind) teen to a much healthier, taller one was pretty tough. People came back from exchange and didn’t know who I was – my uncle even introduced himself to me! The scary thing is that people today still think this transformation happened recently when it actually happened about 6 years ago.

ANYWAY, back to the boob. When they started developing, they seem to have just stopped. I used to think the one was small because I was kicked in my left boob with the heel of a character shoe. This is a shoe that we sometimes used in Salsa classes.  This was not the case, as the right boob didn’t seem to grow anymore either. I suppose I was expecting more by looking at the abundance if titty surrounding me in my family.

So what I am trying to say is don’t let your boob size get to you. There are pros and cons to all shapes and sizes. I love that I can run without a sports bra, wear a bag dress and not worry about it making me look bigger than I am, that there are so many cute bralette options and I don’t have to worry about support. Of course, I sometimes wish I could have some cleavage, but for me, small boobs are just fine. Plus, I can comfortably wear dresses like this one without having to worry something is going to slip out.

This dress is stunning. I love the pop of red and how good it makes me feel. The low cut is perfect for my body type and maintains its classy-ness while not being too… raunchy?

  1. Yaaaas girl, I feel you! Small boob girl here. There are a lot of dresses that are comfortable for us to wear because we don’t have much! You look absolutely gorgeous in that dress! Love everything about it!

  2. I love that dress so much! and I have the opposite issue; the universe saw it fir to give me C cups by the end of 5th grade. Rough. As. Hell. I often wish I had a little bit less up top!

  3. I have to say I never understood the fuzz about big boobs. I wish mine were smaller as all my life had the wrong kind of attention for them, never liked them like that. Having said that, beautiful dress and style!
