What better way is there than starting your weekend with some mini chocolate cakes?
These are pretty much the same as my “To-Die-For Chocolate Cake” recipe but a mini version. These look so cute and taste like heaven! They are also gluten free and super easy to make…
Serve them with some ice cream and fresh berries and you’ll have everyone begging for the recipe!
You Will Need:
- 200 g unsalted butter
- 200 g dark chocolate (70% or more)
- 1-3 tablespoon(s) strong coffee/espresso
- 6 large free-range eggs
- 250g caster sugar
- 70g cocoa powder – extra for dusting
- Double Boiler
- Cake Tin
- Spray and Cook
- Electric mixer/whisk (and a strong arm)
