I honestly cannot believe it’s only 2 days until Christmas…

Glazed Chocolate Tart (4 of 6)

So today, I have for you another recipe that is super easy and will definitely impress all of your guests.

It’s My Glazed Chocolate Tart.

The glaze is definitely the part that will make the statement – despite it being the easiest part! I can never celebrate Christmas without a chocolate tart, and this one will definitely give the impression that it’s hard to make… but secretly it’s pretty easy.

So, let’s get baking!

To make the tart, you’ll need:

  • 1+1/2 Cups Chocolate Cookies (Mine are GF)
  • 5 Tablespoons Butter
  • 1/4 Cup Sugar
  • 1 1/4 Cups Heavy Cream
  • 300g Dark Chocolate (I find 70% Lindt works best!)
  • 2 Large Eggs
  • 1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Salt
  • 2 Tablespoons Heavy Cream
  • 1 Teaspoon Honey
  • 1 Tablespoon Warm Water
  • A 9-inch Round Fluted Tart Pan
