Salmon Roasted in Butter and Almonds with Green Beans and Walnuts.

Happy Wednesday everybody!

For those of you that have already started work – I am sure you’re already back into your routine and for those who are still on holiday and dreading returning – I wish you good luck!

Starting today, I will be making YouTube videos on quick, easy, healthy and – most importantly – delicious meals. The series will be (appropriately) called ’20-30 Minute Meals’ and will focus mainly on ‘main meals.’ So, breakfast, lunch and dinner. There will also be some drink and dessert ideas.

How it will work is that you will get the list of ingredients you will need in the blog post (or you can find it below the YouTube video in the description box) and then you watch and follow along to my video. I have simplified it to such an extent that someone who has never stepped into a kitchen could make the meals.

Join me in making 2018 our healthiest year yet!

If you haven’t already, go ahead and subscribe to my YouTube channel here so that you can be notified as soon as there is a new video up!

My first meal is live: it’s Salmon Roasted in Butter and Almonds with Green Beans and Walnuts.
