Raw Vanilla and Chocolate Chia Puddings and Coconut Chai Latte’s.

Happy Wednesday everybody!

I hope you have all had a wonderful week so far and aren’t already praying for the weekend to come!

So today I have for you, not one, but two recipes!

Chia puddings have been a craze for quite a while now. They’re the perfect breakfast when you don’t have enough time in the morning to prep and even the perfect dessert for when you’re craving something creamy and delicious!

They only take about 5 minutes to make in the evening and then they will be ready for you in the morning.

I always have some coconut milk leftover after making my Chia Puddings so I have included a Chai Latte recipe just for you! Now you can have the fancy latte in the comfort of your own home – at a quarter of the price!

For the Raw Coconut, Chocolate and Almond Chia Pudding you will need:

  • 250ml Almond Milk
  • 250ml Coconut Milk (or full 500ml of either)
  • 2Tbsp Almond Butter
  • 1 Tbsp Honey or Maple Syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 75g chia seeds
  • 1 ½ tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 1 Tbsp Cacao Nibs
