JLO INGLOT BEAUTY RANGE!

Have you always wanted to glow like J Lo? Well new you can! Her new collaboration with Inglot launched on the 26th of April and I can’t wait to try it out!

The collection has 70 pieces:

  • Four sculpting powders
  • Eight lipsticks
  • 20 eyeshadows
  • Mascara
  • Blush
  • Eyelashes
  • Palettes
  • Nail polishes

So I have gone ahead and scouted what’s available and chosen what items I would love to try!

 

First up, it has to be a highlighter as I have suddenly started to love to glow. The ‘Livin’ the Highlight Illuminator’ is available in two magnetic shades.  It’s a loose powder that can be applied to the face and body! livin-the-highlight-illuminator-face-eyes-body-j201-radiant

Next up has to be the HD Highlighter trio! What I love is that it comes in silver and gold. As I have brown hair – I will always go for gold as it matches my skin tone better. I have recently started wearing false eyelashes for shoots and events – I love it because I find I don’t have to apply eyeliner and I only need minimal mascara – as I seem to loose all my lashes when I do. JLO’s eyelashes are made of natural human hair! “Each set of lashes is divided into two parts, giving you the opportunity to customize their look. For a more natural, daytime look, apply only single pieces. For a more dramatic, nighttime look, use both parts.” I have no idea how this works – but I would love to give it a shot! eyelashes-j801

Even though I seem to always loose lashes when wearing mascara – I am always up for trying new products. Viva Las Lashes Mascara claims to leave ‘your lashes looking thicker and longer.’  Inglot states that ‘It is also suitable for those with sensitive eyes and skin.’ So I will be looking out for it for sure!

I rarely paint my nails – and when I do – I love choosing a natural shade. All of JLO’s nail polishes are natural-ish shades and it’s probably one of her products that I am most excited about.

There are a whole load of eyeshadows to choose from – Inglot’s signature mix and match – and being a burgundy-eye kinda girl – the ‘crimson’ eyeshadow would be my first choice!

To end it all of – I would love to try this red lipstick. The colour looks amazing – and I am a firm believer in either a nude or a red lip. I don’t know if I will ever join the pink and purple lip trend…
